Contest is open to all current affiliates of Restaurant and Coffee House Platinum Emails. PattersonExchange reserves the right to disqualify any participant that uses fraud to inflate their sales totals. PattersonExchange will make the final determination as to whether or not fraud was commited. To avoid attempts at fraud, any product sold by an affiliate that is later refunded will be taken off of the final sales tally. Prizes paid out to winners at the conclusion of the required 30 day refund period.

General Terms and Conditions

a. Affiliates will be manually approved to be eligible to the program.

b. All affiliates are subject to the terms and conditions of the Contest. Incentives and rewards under this program will not be valid for any cancelled transaction or any transaction posted but subsequently reversed.

c. PattersonExchange reserves the right to change, modify and/or add to the incentive.

d. Fraud and abuse relating to the earning of incentives in the contest may result in the forfeiture of any incentives due to the vendor.

e. All Terms and Conditions of this website apply, including conditions laid out in the Affiliate Agreement.

g. Contest begins August 15, 2012 and concludes August 22, 2012 at 11:59pm Eastern Time.

h. All affiliates interested must be registered and manually approved as an affiliate for Restaurant and Coffee House Platinum Emails.

i. The top three (3) affiliates with the most non returned sales at the end of the contest will be awarded the appropriate cash prize, as per the prize table located on this page.

j. Affiliates must adhere to the terms of service of this website. Any breaking of terms of service may result in disqualification.
